Running

Running has taught me lessons that no classroom, boardroom, or tax textbook ever could.

Every mile reinforces the same principles I bring to my clients and my community: discipline, consistency, resilience, and the willingness to keep moving forward even when the finish line seems far away.

What began as a personal challenge became a lifelong journey. From local 5Ks to marathons, every race represents another opportunity to test my limits, meet incredible people, and support causes that make a difference.

Running isn’t about being the fastest.

It’s about showing up.

It’s about taking the first step.

It’s about continuing when your body says stop and your mind reminds you why you started.

Many of my races have supported charitable organizations, helping raise awareness and funding for nonprofits that strengthen our communities. Through organizations like Party With Purpose, I’ve witnessed how one person taking one step can inspire thousands of others to do the same.

Whether I’m training before sunrise, running through the streets of New York City, or encouraging someone preparing for their very first race, I believe running mirrors life:

Every finish line begins with a single step.
Progress beats perfection.
Consistency always wins.
The people you meet along the course often become part of your journey.

This page chronicles my races, training, lessons learned, and the stories behind the miles. I hope it inspires you to lace up your shoes, pursue a goal you’ve been postponing, and discover just how far your first step can take you.

See you at the starting line.
